“I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for a great event. I rode the 75 and thought the route was well marked, the rest stops were well stocked and staffed by friendly, helpful people, and the course itself was beautiful--a little steep in places but a really nice ride. The lunch at the end was outstanding.
I'm looking forward to next year and riding the full 100.”

“I want to thank everyone involved with the century. I have done a lot of riding in the past and this century was well manned, well marked and the aid stops were well stocked… The hot apple pie at China Wall was awesome and warmed me up before the decent.”
Michael Meza, Sacramento
“Just a quick note to say Congratulations on an awesome event on Saturday. Very well organized, great rest stops (enough of them, and well stocked), great volunteers with a wonderful attitude. All in all a well-run, professionally conducted event. Thanks.”
- David van Toor, Mission Viejo
“As I told you directly on Saturday after the ride, your Century was one of the BEST rides that I have ever done, and I have been participating in cycling events, triathlons, duathalons, ride and ties, etc., since the early 1970's. For putting it on without the benefit of a "Club" - with just volunteers, friends, you deserve a great big round of applause.

“Just wanted to let all the wonderful folks who helped make last Saturday, Sept. 18th, such a spectacular day and how much I enjoyed the entire event! In my opinion, you have a real winner of a Century going here. The food at all the rest stops was top rated, as were the folks who manned the stops and helped us riders get "gassed up" and back on the road. The sag support appeared very good as well. And just when you think it couldn't be a more perfect day...
...Well it does get better!!! What a fantastic post-ride meal the wonderful folks had set up back at the finish point. Superb burritos and drinks, along with the great pie!!! And most of all, everyone, and I mean everyone's attitude during the entire ride was outstanding!
I truly commend all of you on such a GRAND event!!! WAY TO GO! :) When can I sign up for next year, I can't wait!!! :)”
- David Lateano, Roseville
“This is the second year the Auburn Century was offered in its present form and for me, my first Auburn Century. It was a great experience, but a very tough and challe nging endurance event! Why was this a great experience and why do I recommend it? The scenery is very pleasant throughout, even spectacular in many places. There’s virtually no traffic on most of the route. The course markings were the best I”ve ever seen. The food and drink were outstanding, with seven rest stops and copious amounts of food, including ripe fresh fruits (bananas, oranges, apples, peaches, grapes, plums, watermelon, cantaloupeall of it delicious) as well as muffins, turkey-and-cheese mini sandwiches…and a terrific, final, catered meal of cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, peas, cranberry sauce, salad, fresh rolls and choice of fresh apple or peach pie.
